Nice! What are the terms of those warrants? I’m assuming they are perpetual, but do they get diluted?
Per the docs, these particular warrants are ten year warrants, not perpetual, and are at risk to further equity issuance dilution. What often happens is that deals get restructured prior to maturity and warrants get "re-upped" with each financing.
